I got the pleasure of tasting sodium free chicken bouillon about 5 minutes ago & wow....barf....
It tastses like ass!

I'd rather not eat anything than eat that!
I almost figured that I would just fast again today, but I decided against it after all of your support with my fit the other night.

You would be soooo proud of me!
You know when you get in that mode where it seems like there's no reason NOT to binge?

You give yourself all of these reasons why it will be okay & how you'll make it up & blah-de-fucking-blah...
It was 11:30pm last night & I told myself, "If you binge now, it will be a new day in another half hour! You'll be fine! You did great all week!"

I got downstairs to the kitchen, opened up the cupboard, took each binge-worthy thing out one at a time & then it hit me!
I put everything back in the exact oder that I took them out, walked back upstairs & laid back down.

It was over as quickly as it started!
I felt so accomplished & a little scared that even I could refuse such tempting food so easily.

I'm dumping the sodium free bouillon, sorry babe!
I'll just take laxatives even MORE than usual to get rid of the water weight that's sure to come!

In other news, I got my period for the first time in a while!
It came late, but I've had it for forever now it seems!

I wish, as completely insane as it sounds, that our bodies could gives us a daily update on what's going on.
It would save so much worry if we got a print out on the goods & bads of our bodies!

I have a Tips&Tricks page on my website, but since it is, in fact, a website I can't just display the tips that I would personally use, but all of the tips I can find. I've decided to just randomly post them for you girls!

1.) Drink tea as often as possible! Not only does it have zero calories, it's a diuretic too (makes you pee!)
2.) It's a classic, but always fidget! Never stop moving!
3.) Stand up instead of sitting down whenever you get the chance! It burns 10x more calories!
4.) As with standing vs. sitting, if you sit up straight instead of slouching to burn 10x more calories!
5.) I don't mean to brag, but if you're having cravings then just stop by my website and/or my YouTube page!!
6.) Chug water until you feel 10 pounds heavier! You'll be full beyond fullness & you won't want to move, even to the fridge!!!
7.) Take a bath or shower to waste time & give yourself time to think it over before you binge!
8.) If you're going to binge, at least refrain from the urge to eat everything with loads of calories! Eat fruit, vegetables, bouillon (my personal favorite,) or rice cakes!
9.) Make thinspiration collages! I've made enough to cover an entire wall!
10.) Post to LiveJournal! Duh!

"I Think This Might Be It..." [Feb. 10th, 2008|10:08 am]

My plans got so messed up for Friday night!
I was taking the walk with my soon-to-be-stepsister & her friend when Cortney called & asked me to go to the movies with her!
She's kinda, sorta, a bit disordered too, but about 99.9% less severe than me, so I wasn't worried about food.

We went & saw THE BUCKET LIST, got yelled at by the theater wench & then went to a party.
I spent the night there, but I didn't even drink more than one sip of my water bottle all night & until I came home.

When I got home Saturday morning I drank a carbonated lime water (0/0/0) & some of a peach flavored one.
I had some hot tea with Splenda then pretty much went to bed.

I had a little scare last night though.
I took laxatives with some water before I went to bed to get rid of the water weight that my body loves to store when I have my period.

I woke up at about 1am to go to the bathroom.
I closed the bathroom door & locked it.

I always, always get light headed when I stand up, but it was so much worse than usual.
I leaned my head up against the door frame & the next thing I know, I'm only seeing black, banging my face against the door & crumbling to the floor.

It was so loud & I was way too scared.
I have a black eye, but no one has asked yet.

I had my phone for some reason, so when I realized that I'd dropped it, I picked it up & sat myself on the toilet.
The first thought to come to me was, "I think this might be it.."

I don't want to die, especially in the bathroom in a crumpled pile on the floor.
If I were going to die, as horrible as it sounds, I would want it to be from being too thin, but not yet.

My lips & mouth are beyond dry right now, dehydration?
I had one glass of iced tea with Splenda about an hour ago & my body immediatly purged it.
Even I wouldn't purge zero calorie iced tea, but it came right back up.

Right now my house is filled with the smell of bacon & eggs.
I honestly have to say that I'm afraid of gaining weight from smelling it.

I've decided to just have 10 bouillon cubes a day this week (Monday - Friday) & then fast on the weekend like normal.

Have any of you ever had an experience like the one I had last night?
Should I be worried?

I'm starting to figure out how things work on here!
I uploaded a bunch of pictures & I'm going to be posting a lot!

You're going to get tired of me after a while, promise!

Today, Friday, I've eaten about 3/4 of my yogurt as planned!
I'll finish the rest some time tonight!

Here's what I'm thinking:
I have my permit right now, which is a really gay long story in itself, so I'm going to drive up with my soon-to-be-stepmom to close my dad's showroom up for the night. This will, obviously, give me about an hour to not eat. When I get home I'll exercise* & take a walk with my obese soon-to-be-stepsister & her obese friend! This too will give me quite a bit of time away from food. When I get home I'll finish my yogurt, do some school work (homeschooled) & then go to bed!

I'm really interested in YOU, so you should really add me as a friend!

I need some help. I've been fasting for a few weeks now, and my family is starting to notice that I'm not eating a whole lot. I am running out of excuses to give them: 'I'm not feeling well' 'way too many carbs in this' 'it's not organic'. but their starting to push me! If they find out what's really going on, they'll send me to rehab. I need some really good excuses that will keep them off my back. and no, i can't just say, 'i don't want to get fat like you' or anything like that. 

any help would rock!!
