I have a Tips&Tricks page on my website, but since it is, in fact, a website I can't just display the tips that I would personally use, but all of the tips I can find. I've decided to just randomly post them for you girls!

1.) Drink tea as often as possible! Not only does it have zero calories, it's a diuretic too (makes you pee!)
2.) It's a classic, but always fidget! Never stop moving!
3.) Stand up instead of sitting down whenever you get the chance! It burns 10x more calories!
4.) As with standing vs. sitting, if you sit up straight instead of slouching to burn 10x more calories!
5.) I don't mean to brag, but if you're having cravings then just stop by my website and/or my YouTube page!!
6.) Chug water until you feel 10 pounds heavier! You'll be full beyond fullness & you won't want to move, even to the fridge!!!
7.) Take a bath or shower to waste time & give yourself time to think it over before you binge!
8.) If you're going to binge, at least refrain from the urge to eat everything with loads of calories! Eat fruit, vegetables, bouillon (my personal favorite,) or rice cakes!
9.) Make thinspiration collages! I've made enough to cover an entire wall!
10.) Post to LiveJournal! Duh!
